Travis CI for BE Repo

Acceptance Criteria

• Use TravisCI (same as the frontend repo)
• Build the production app and run the jest test(s)

Running the tests requires both yarn start:test and a running MongoDB instance on localhost:27017. Any idea how we'd want to run the MongoDB instance on travis ?
